Shipping Policy

This policy covers how OneMiniBite (operated by YACHUN GLOBAL LIMITED) handles shipping for all orders placed on oneminibite.com.

Important — Before You Order

Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. OneMiniBite is not responsible for any import fees incurred during international shipping.

Made-to-Order Lead Times

The majority of OneMiniBite products are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received. Lead times are stated on each individual product listing and are estimates only — minor delays may occur due to production schedules or factors outside our control.

Typical production lead times:

• Standard made-to-order products: 7–30 business days depending on the product — refer to each product listing for the specific lead time.
• Oversized products (e.g. rear spoilers): may require additional handling time.

Shipping time is in addition to production lead time. Total order time = production lead time + shipping transit time.

In-Stock Products

In-stock products are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using a range of carriers selected based on destination, package size, and cost-effectiveness, including but not limited to:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS
• FedEx
• DPD
• Yanwen
• Other carriers as appropriate

The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Estimated Transit Times

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. OneMiniBite is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Europe: 7–20 business days
• Asia Pacific: 5–15 business days
• Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Oversized Items — Sea Freight

Certain products — including rear spoilers and other large exterior components — are classified as oversized items. For these products, sea freight is strongly recommended for cost-effective international delivery. Sea freight transit times are longer than air freight — typically 3–6 weeks depending on destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. OneMiniBite is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please contact us at info@oneminibite.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. OneMiniBite is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
