We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, uninstalled, free of wear or damage, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defective item, damaged on arrival), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Address
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
Please do not ship items back before receiving return approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fees & Deductions
For all eligible returns initiated for “change of mind,” sizing, or preference-based reasons:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
A transaction and/or restocking fee may apply, capped at a maximum of 10% of the product price

This fee may cover payment processing costs, inspection, repackaging, and handling.
No fee will be applied if the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
the item is defective,
damaged, or
you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Made-to-order, customized, or personalized products
Sale/discounted items
Gift cards

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The item must meet the return conditions above (unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and permitted fees (as outlined above) may apply.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
