Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Open the storage compartments

Start by opening both the upper and lower storage lids in the center dashboard area. This will give you the clearance needed for the next steps.

Step 2 – Pry open the center trim panel

Use a tool to gently pry open the plastic cover located below the AC vents. Work from the sides, taking care not to scratch the edges.

Step 3 – Insert the mount from the top

Slide the mount in from above, carefully hooking the top section onto the inner dashboard panel. Make sure it grips tightly—it should not rattle.

Step 4 – Lock in the lower section

Once the top is secure, press the bottom part of the mount into place. It should lock onto the lower edge of the trim for a snug, OEM-style fit.

Step 5 – You're done

That's it—your MagSafe dashboard mount is now installed. It should feel solid, sit flush with the trim, and hold your phone securely for daily use.

Removing the Mount (Optional)

If you need to disassemble: reopen the two center storage lids, use a hook tool to pry off the bottom section first, then remove the top section, and be sure to remove the A/C trim panel as in Step 2.
