Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

OneMiniBite offers both in-stock products and made-to-order (MTO) products. MTO products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed and are subject to production lead times as stated on each individual product listing.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Carbon fibre products may exhibit minor variations in weave pattern, finish, and panel gaps inherent to the handmade manufacturing process — these are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 6 — MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many products offered by OneMiniBite are made to order. By placing an order for a made-to-order product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Production will commence after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Cancellations are only permitted before production has commenced. Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by us.
  • Made-to-order products are exempt from the EU consumer right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, as they are manufactured to your specifications.
  • Production lead times are stated on each product listing and are estimates only — minor delays may occur.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by unauthorised dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account information as needed.

SECTION 8 — IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility. OneMiniBite has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or control these tools or sites and provide access to them "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to third-party tools, websites, products or services. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation or confidentiality obligation.
