Items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom products take 7–10 business days of production first. After dispatch, delivery to most places takes 9–16 days, and up to 30 business days or more when customs or carriers cause delays. Holidays and breaks are announced in the banner at the top of our site.

Confirmed means your order is queued or in production. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating, and some carriers only refresh after customs. If it looks stuck for over 15 days, contact us. Track your order

In most places, duties and taxes are covered by us, so there are no extra fees at delivery. If we can't cover them, we'll contact you.

Email info@oneminibite.com with your order number. We'll correct the address or email on your order. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo and we'll ship a replacement.
