This patented magnetic roof rack uses rare-earth Neodymium magnets to hold slim, aerodynamic bars in place on any flat roof section, with no drilling, no cutting into rubber seals, and no permanent modification of any kind.

Patented Magnetic Mounting System

The mount uses rare-earth Neodymium magnets with an alloy base. Each mount has been tested to hold 30 kg (66 lbs) of suction force individually. Dynamic load capacity across the system is 60 kg (132 lbs) while driving — sufficient for a roof box, skis, or flat-pack cargo.

Anti-theft screws lock the bars in place once positioned. Protective covers prevent roof paint scratches when the bars are not mounted.

Speed Limit: Do not exceed 120 km/h (70 mph) with the roof rack mounted. Not suitable for bicycles, boats, or canoes — the aerodynamic load from these items may detach the system at speed.

Roof Box Compatible

Designed for use with slim roof boxes and flat cargo only. The system has been tested at highway speeds with a slim roof box. Use appropriate roof box mounting hardware compatible with standard cross bars.

Installation

Clean the roof surface before mounting. Place the bars in position, adjust to the desired width. Remove the protective cover on one magnetic mount — it snaps firmly into place. Repeat on the other side. Tighten the anti-theft screws. Never slide the mounts across the roof — always lift to reposition.

Place a towel or cloth beneath the mounts during installation to protect the roof paint.
