F-Series uses the same tool-free, twist-on interface as R-Series:
- Remove the factory plastic pin by twisting counterclockwise
- Twist the brass bullet pin on clockwise until it sits flush
- Repeat per door - roughly a minute total for a 4-door Countryman or Clubman

Note on the Countryman F60
The F60 Countryman shares its door lock hardware with the rest of the F-Series lineup, so despite being the largest body style in the range, it uses the same pin and the same 4-door configuration as the F54 Clubman.
